****IMPORTANT UPDATE TO PRICING ON INVITATION****

The Flying W we listed one rate on the info page and another rate on the order form.  The rate on the order form is the correct fee.

Also, fees for the bus tours decrease by $10 for children (11 yrs and under). 

The AFA tour ($15) is per SEAT (no difference for children)!

Additional FYI:

• When making hotel reservations, need to note 'Goeglein family reunion' in order to get rates that we were guaranteed; can put up to 4 adults in a room; no charge for children under 18; cribs are no charge; rollaways are $10 per night; hot breakfast is complimentary; airport transportation from the Colorado Springs airport is provided by hotel, $5 each way per person; guaranteed room rate is good for 3 days prior and 3 days after our event; anyone traveling by RV can park in the hotel parking lot and hook up to electricity ONLY for $5 per day (this way they can keep their refrigerator going).  We are continuing to check into tours to the Air Force Academy etc.  Will have more info on that later.

• Saturday night (June 19th), we will be going to a chuckwagon supper with a western stage show.  Should be fun.

We will be checking out other hotels close to Academy for those that want to compare prices. Will get that list out to everyone as well.

The 2010 reunion committee has been hard at work trying to get everything organized and all the avenues covered for another wonderful reunion of our outstanding families.

The latest information will be placed on this site as quickly as I can get them put up and it will be emailed to those that have provided us their email addresses. If you have family members that have email addresses that we are unaware of please send them to me and I’ll make sure we get them on the listing. Email is still the fastest way to disseminate information however, we are aware that many of our family members do not have email addresses. The committee will send out information on the reunion when all is firmed up.

Please make sure you let as many family members know as possible because there still may some that we do not have addresses on and we want to include as many as we can.
